(Note that cones can be replaced with any household items in all drills)

Quick Feet With Cones

Stagger five cones and shuffle through the cones two times as seen in the video.

Passing Through Cones

Put two cones three steps between each other, and pass the ball through the cones as seen in the video.

In-n-Out

Set up five cones in a straight line with two steps in between. Dribble the ball in and out of the cones twice.

Jumping Jacks

Do 5 sets of 10 jumping jacks to increase endurance.

Spider Walk

Walk on all fours as seen in this video. This drill helps increase flexibility.
